Global Highland Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client for a commercially minded Commercial Sales Negotiator to join Inverness based sales team. You’ll develop fuel sales across Scotland, negotiate commercial agreements and build lasting relationships with customers.

You’ll report to the Sales Manager, identify opportunities, manage quotations and orders, and ensure high service standards while protecting margins.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a sales or business development role.
• Strong negotiation and pricing discussion skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset and ability to develop new business.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to maintain margins.
• Organised, able to manage quotations and orders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and business development across Scotland.
• Build lasting customer relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and prepare proposals.
• Understand customer requirements and tailor fuel products and services.
• Provide responsive support and manage customer expectations.
• Prepare quotations and process orders with accurate follow-up.
• Keep up to date with fuel market developments and industry changes.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to achieve objectives and grow the business.
