Highland Fuels Ltd prides itself on a busy, friendly sales environment in Inverness. As a Domestic Sales Associate you will engage daily with clients, deliver outstanding service, and introduce new customers to Highland Fuels and Highland Electricity.

Full training and career development opportunities are provided to help you grow in the energy sector. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with a base salary of £28,000 plus a realistic £30k OTE.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Domestic Sales Associate to join our highly successful Highland Fuels team. This permanent position is based at our Inverness office and reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.

About The Role

This is an exciting role within a busy, friendly sales team where you will deal with clients daily, delivering excellent customer service while also introducing new customers to Highland Fuels and Highland Electricity. Full training will be provided, with opportunities for career development and further professional training available. An ideal role for someone looking for a career change or to start a career in the energy sector.

You Will Be

• making outbound sales calls as well as handling inbound calls
• keeping up to date with the latest prices and deals for customers
• providing excellence in customer care at all times
• taking and processing customer orders
