Job summary

Francesca's Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Business Development Manager to cover Scotland in the industrial weighing and sensor sector. The role is field-based, offering ownership of the Scotland territory with scope for revenue growth through new and existing customers.

You will engage across industrial weighing, data acquisition and software-integrated solutions, combining technical selling with strategic account management to deliver sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Commercially focused with technical understanding.
• Experience in technical sales or industrial weighing preferred.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development – identify, prospect and win new customers across Scotland territory.
• Technical Sales – understand customer requirements and recommend suitable weighing, sensor and data-acquisition solutions.
• Territory Management – take full responsibility for developing and managing the Scotland region.
• Account Development – build strong relationships with existing customers and maximise opportunities for additional products and services.
• Reactivation – identify dormant accounts and develop them into revenue opportunities.
• Market Development – identify new applications and commercial opportunities for the company’s technology portfolio.
