Headliners Recruitment is partnering with an international electronics solutions provider to appoint a Technical Sales Manager to drive growth across the UK Sensors portfolio. This field-based role offers home office flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to influence engineering design decisions.

You'll own the UK sensor market from design-in at engineering stage through to commercial account management, targeting OEMs and design engineers with advanced sensor technologies in a consultative,

Qualifications

• Proven technical sales or field application engineering background.
• Experience selling sensors (2+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of sensor technologies and applications.
• Engineering or Electronics degree (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Target new OEM customers and win design-in opportunities.
• Drive design-in activity with engineers and technical teams.
• Manage and grow existing strategic accounts.
• Close profitable business and hit revenue/margin targets.
• Represent the business at exhibitions and industry events.
