WithYou Scotland is seeking a Commercial Business Development Manager to drive growth and sustainability for services across Scotland. The role leads the overall operation of business development, including bid management, pricing models, and strategic collaboration with Directors and operational leads.

The role requires flexibility for home-based work with travel across Scotland and occasional England travel. Salary is £35,000 to £43,878 depending on experience.

• Experience leading bid teams and tender responses.
• Ability to develop costed pricing models and service delivery concepts.
• Knowledge of public sector contracting rules and Scotland procurement landscape.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a project team to produce competitive, viable bids.
• Contribute to technical responses, implementation plans and staffing models.
• Develop costed pricing reflecting specifications and delivery models.
• Monitor market trends and commissioner expectations to shape pipelines.
• Collaborate with Directors and subject experts to design service models.
• Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and quality standards.
