Job summary

Savills is seeking an Area Manager Scotland to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites in Scotland. You will lead teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive service delivery to meet central and site-based objectives.

The role involves site assurance visits, KPI management, and employment of resources to maintain safety and high customer experience while supporting growth across the region.

Qualifications

• Strong people management skills across high profile sites.
• Proven ability to lead teams, coordinate contractors and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and reporting to senior management.
• Experience with H&S and ISO/National standards is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Produce regular update reports to Director on cleaning operations and performance.
• Coordinate KPI reviews with service partners and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with Cleaning & Environmental standards and safety regulations.
• Lead site mobilisation, rota planning and shift coverage across Scotland.
• Drive continuous improvement and customer experience across sites.
