Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in Scotland is seeking a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to lead front-line mobile cleaning teams across Scotland, delivering high-quality services in a fast-paced operational environment. You’ll manage daily schedules, liaise with the helpdesk, ensure SLAs and KPIs are met, coach operatives, and conduct safety audits.

Regular travel across the Central Belt is expected, with a 40-hour week and occasional weekend overtime.

Qualifikationen

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Experience managing mobile or front-line cleaning/service teams (desirable)
• Working within Soft FM (ideally Cleaning)
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good understanding of Health & Safety and safe systems of work

Aufgaben

• Manage and coordinate daily work schedules for mobile cleaning teams.
• Liaise with the central helpdesk to allocate and respond to incoming jobs.
• Ensure all works are completed in line with SLAs, KPIs, and customer expectations.
• Lead, coach, and support operatives, including onboarding and training.
• Conduct audits, site surveys, and ensure full compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
