This is an excellent opportunity to join an established Science team and contribute to a faculty committed to providing a first-class education. Many staff members are long-term employees. We are part of the Washwood Heath Multi Academy Trust, which includes 4 Primary schools, 2 Secondary schools, and 1 All-through school, offering opportunities for professional growth within a supportive, collaborative community.

We Offer
  • A collaborative and inclusive culture with regular upskilling and learning opportunities.
  • Structured CPD via the National College online platform and apprenticeships such as Level 7 Senior Leaders Masters.
  • Career Pathways and support through our Professional Growth and Performance (PPG) process.
  • A wellbeing culture with paid and unpaid leave, wellbeing support, and staff surveys.
  • Access to 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), including confidential counselling and wellbeing advice.
  • Supportive policies like Life Leave, Wellbeing, Career Break, and Family Friendly policies.
  • Teachers’ Pension Scheme (LGPS).
  • Employee rewards, including Long Service Awards, Employee Referral Scheme, Cycle to Work Scheme, and eye-sight tests contributions.
  • Participation in Trust-wide groups on Equality, Diversity, Inclusion, and Wellbeing.
  • Onsite parking at all schools.
