Job summary

Aspire People are seeking a resilient Secondary Science Teacher for an immediate start at a large Rhondda Cynon Taf school. You will deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3-4, support learners of mixed abilities and establish clear boundaries in a structured learning environment.

With strong behaviour management, you will build positive relationships, work with pastoral and leadership teams, and progress students’ outcomes.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent required.
• Experience teaching Science in a secondary school.
• Ability to teach Biology, Chemistry and General Science.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.

Secondary Science Teacher needed for an immediate start- Long-Term Opportunity based in Rhondda Cynon Taf. Aspire People are recruiting on behalf of a large secondary school in Rhondda Cynon Taf for a strong Science Teacher to join their team on a long-term basis with an immediate start available. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and adaptable teacher who can build positive relationships, establish clear boundaries and engage learners of mixed abilities. The successful candidate will primarily be working with lower ability classes and pupils who can present challenging behaviour, so strong behaviour management skills are essential for success in this role.

The Role

The Ideal Candidate
