Agilisys is seeking a Schools ICT Engineer to provide onsite ICT support at a large secondary school in St Helens. You will ensure day-to-day IT services run smoothly, supporting staff, students and visitors in a high-availability environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong Windows experience, device provisioning skills and a good grasp of networking, with a customer-focused approach and willingness to collaborate with other engineers.

The Schools ICT Engineer is a vital role within Agilisys, providing high-quality, onsite ICT support within a large secondary school in St Helens. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day school IT services, supporting staff, students, and visitors, and maintaining a reliable, high-availability environment.
Typical working hours are 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility required based on school and business needs.
This role is an excellent opportunity to build hands-on experience within an education environment, working closely with end users and technical teams. You will gain exposure to a wide range of technologies while directly supporting teaching and learning through high-quality ICT services.
The ideal candidate will be driven, customer-focused, and enthusiastic about delivering high-quality ICT support within an educational environment, with a strong track record of problem-solving and delivering results.
Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above), including English and Mathematics, a full clean driving licence, and the ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check are required.
