Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across multiple sites and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Open and lock school premises at start and end of day.
• Ensure estate compliance with legislation and safety standards.
• Maintain site security and safe environment for staff and pupils.
• Monitor the Estates Inbox and respond to maintenance requests.
