Mowbray Education Trust is seeking a Trust Estates Officer to join the Estates Team. The role covers opening and securing premises, site security, and travel to other sites, ensuring legal compliance and a safe environment for staff and students.

This is a full time (all year round) permanent position for 37 hours per week, working Monday to Friday. Some weekend and evening work may be required. Working hours are flexible and will be discussed and agreed with the Headteacher. The role will involve responsibility for opening the school at the start of the day and securing and locking the premises at the end of the day. Work and travel to other sites may also be required. The Estates department is continuing to grow in line with the prospective school's needs and requires an enthusiastic and passionate Trust Estates Officer. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate good practical and organisational skills, a positive work ethic and knowledge of Health and Safety procedures and legislation. It is important that you are self-motivated and can support other team members.
You will have GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above and have good communication and problem-solving skills.
