Job summary

Academics is seeking teaching assistants for a friendly SEN school in South London on the Sutton-Croydon border. They run short-term and longer-term supply bookings for pupils aged 8–16 with a range of SEN including mild and severe learning difficulties, autism, and speech and language difficulties.

Experience with SEN is not essential; your caring, friendly personality and willingness to work with a lovely team are valued.

A friendly and welcoming school catering for pupils with Special Needs in South London on the border of Sutton and Croydon needs teaching assistants on a regular basis for short-term and longer-term supply bookings.

The school is well established and highly regarded in the community. Pupils have a range of SEN, including; mild and severe learning difficulties, Autism and Speech and Language Difficulties. They are aged between 8 and 16 years old. Experience with SEN is not essential, personality is more important. If you are caring, friendly, enjoy working with children and a lovely bunch of staff, this could be the place for you!

The school has a lovely feel about it and the children are wonderful. It can be very rewarding helping them make progress with their education and skills for life.
