School Support Worker

Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £90 – £120 per day (depending on hours and experience)

About the Role

Connex Education is recruiting School Support Workers to work across partner schools in Stoke-on-Trent. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or individuals with experience in education who are eager to start a fulfilling career supporting teaching and learning.

What You’ll Need
  • A degree or relevant qualification in education or a related field
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting (voluntary or paid)
  • Confidence in managing behaviour and supporting the teacher with classroom routines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Genuine passion for education and child development
  • Current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply through Connex Education
  • Proof of right to work in the UK (required to apply)
