Shaw Education Trust is seeking a reliable Site Technician to join our school team in Stoke-on-Trent. You will help ensure premises are safe, secure, clean and well maintained, under the direction of senior staff.

The role covers security, routine maintenance, basic repairs, and responding to site issues to support a positive school environment. You should be reliable, practical, proactive and able to work independently, with flexibility and a commitment to high standards across the site.

Qualifications

• Reliable and practical candidate required for school site duties.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
• Willingness to perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Secure the school premises and monitor security systems.
• Carry out routine cleaning and maintenance of the site.
• Perform minor repairs, basic plumbing and joinery, painting and decorating.
