Responsibilities

• Care for the day-to-day upkeep of the school site; ensure premises are secure.
• Carry out routine cleaning and general maintenance; monitor heating, lighting and alarm systems.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance (plumbing and joinery); painting and decorating.
• Manage waste and consumables; set up and move furniture as required.
• Respond to spillages, blockages and adverse weather; maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
