Job summary

Coventry Alternative Provision Academy is seeking a Site Services Officer to maintain and monitor CAPA sites and drive the school minibus to transport students. The role is full-time and year-round, requiring 37 hours per week with flexible shifts to meet school needs.

You will need a full clean driving licence and must undergo an enhanced DBS check. An induction programme will be provided as part of the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in site maintenance, ideally on a school site.
• A team player who is compassionate to work in a school environment.
• A full and clean driving licence is essential and willing to undertake Minibus Driving course.

Responsibilities

• Carry out janitorial, maintenance and monitoring duties to keep CAPA sites safe and well maintained.
• Drive the school minibus to collect and drop off students.
• Work flexibly at all times, with shifts to cover holidays and absences.
