Job summary

Coventry Alternative Provision Academy (CAPA) is seeking a dedicated professional to support maintenance, janitorial duties and minibus transport. Under supervision, you will help ensure CAPA sites are safe, well-maintained and welcoming for students with diverse needs.

This full-time role involves driving the school minibus and adapting to varying patterns across the school year, with the expectation of roughly 37 hours weekly and shifts during holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in site maintenance, preferably in a school environment.
• Full and clean driving licence is essential.
• Willing to undertake Minibus Driving course.

Responsibilities

• Carry out janitorial, maintenance and monitoring duties to keep CAPA sites safe and welcoming.
• Drive the school minibus to collect and drop off students.
• Flexibility to work 37 hours per week and adjust working patterns during school holidays.
