Job summary

Warren Primary Academy is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Site Manager to join our dedicated team. As our Site Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the school premises, carrying out health and safety checks, undertaking minor repairs and liaising with contractors.

Qualifications

• Practical maintenance, DIY or caretaking experience.

• Ability to work independently and prioritise a varied workload.

Responsibilities

• Opening and securing the school site.
• Carrying out routine health and safety inspections and compliance checks.
• Undertaking minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Monitoring the condition of the school buildings and grounds.
• Supporting contractors working on site.
• Maintaining accurate site and maintenance records.
• Ensuring the school remains safe, secure and welcoming for all users.
