Responsibilities

• Carry out statutory checks such as fire alarm testing and water temperature logging.
• Liaise with the office manager, contractors and suppliers.
• Escort contractors and inspectors around the site during works.
• Log and keep safety and compliance records up to date.
• Carry out basic repairs and grounds maintenance as needed.
• Record progress and report maintenance tasks to management.
