Job summary

We are seeking a competent, capable and reliable individual to work as caretaker and site manager at Malvern Wyche C of E Primary School. The role is part-time (12 hours per week) with a salary of £26,427 FTE per annum and an actual salary of £7,364 depending on hours worked.

The successful applicant will have experience in repairs, maintenance and premises upkeep and be able to carry out and log statutory checks such as fire alarm testing and water temperature logging.

Responsibilities

• Experience in repairs, maintenance and premises upkeep.
• Carry out and log statutory checks (fire alarm testing, water temperature logging).
• Training will be provided; competency and capability are essential.
