London Teaching Pool, Ltd is seeking a reliable Site Manager for a Croydon primary school on a split-shift basis. The role involves opening the premises in the morning, securing it in the evening, and maintaining safety, cleanliness and security throughout the day.

Applicants should have prior site management or facilities experience, be local to Croydon, and able to attend both shifts. This is a full-time role with morning and afternoon blocks.

Formación

• Previous experience in site management, facilities, maintenance, caretaking or a similar role
• Must live locally to Croydon and be able to travel to and from the school for both shifts

Responsabilidades

• Opening the premises each morning and ensuring the site is ready for the school day
• Locking up the premises at the end of the day and ensuring full security
• Carrying out day-to-day running and upkeep of the premises
• General maintenance, repairs and minor works as needed
• Maintaining the grounds and keeping the site clean and presentable
• Cleaning and maintaining the swimming pool
• Monitoring the security of the buildings, grounds and equipment
• Coordinating larger repairs and liaising with contractors
• Carrying out regular health and safety checks
• Supporting the school with compliance and ensuring premises remain safe for pupils, staff and visitors
