TLTP Education is seeking a reliable Site Manager for a primary school in Croydon, South London, starting ASAP. You will manage daily operations, security, maintenance and pool upkeep to ensure a safe, clean, and well-presented site for pupils and staff.

The role is full-time with a split shift: 6:30am–11:30am and 3:10pm–6:10pm. Local residency to Croydon and reliable travel to the school for both shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in site management, facilities, maintenance or caretaking.
• Must live locally to Croydon and travel to the school for both shifts.
• Split-shift availability: mornings and afternoons.
• Ability to open/close premises and secure site.

Responsibilities

• Open the premises each morning and prepare the site.
• Lock up the premises and ensure full security.
• Oversee day-to-day running and upkeep of the premises.
• Carry out general maintenance and minor works.
• Maintain grounds, keep site clean and presentable.
• Clean and maintain the swimming pool.
• Monitor security and coordinate larger repairs with contractors.
• Perform regular health and safety checks.
• Support compliance and safety for pupils and staff.
• Respond promptly to site-related issues or emergencies.
