Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open the premises each morning and prepare the site for the school day.
• Lock up and secure the site at the end of the day.
• Oversee day-to-day running and upkeep of the premises.
• Carry out general maintenance, small repairs and upkeep of grounds.
• Clean and maintain the premises and ensure a tidy, presentable site.
• Conduct regular health and safety checks and report issues.
• Liaise with contractors and external service providers as required.
• Respond promptly to site-related issues or emergencies.
