Job summary

Clarence Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager for a Warwick academy. You will ensure the safety of students, staff and visitors while running the school premises smoothly, coordinating caretaking and maintenance teams and ensuring inspections are handled efficiently.

The role requires enhanced DBS, relevant supervisory or trade qualifications, and health & safety credentials such as NEBOSH. You will manage budgets and respond to emergencies with flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and site compliance.
• Experience managing contractors, maintenance projects and budgets.
• Ability to lead and supervise premises staff and coordinate workloads.

Responsibilities

• Arrange deep cleans of classrooms, staffrooms, kitchens, and other areas.
• Oversee upkeep of buildings and grounds including minor repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and regular checks of safety equipment.
• Control access, monitor security systems and respond to alarms.
• Lead caretaking and cleaning teams and coordinate daily tasks for inspections.
• Arrange repairs, obtain quotes and maintain health & safety records.
