The role is a 37-hour week split across mornings and evenings, with responsibilities including managing access, safety, cleaning teams, repairs, and contractor liaison to keep alarms, lighting and heating running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to manage school access, safety and oversee the cleaning team.
• Problem-solving & maintenance: Take ownership of repairs, contractor management, and compliance tasks, always with an eye on health and safety.
• Facilities management: Keep systems like alarms, lighting, and heating running smoothly, while ensuring our site is pristine and welcoming.
• Development & growth: Learn new skills, share your knowledge, and help us achieve excellence in everything we do.
