Formación

• Proven track record in Health & Safety across education sites.
• Experience delivering premises-related statutory inspections and risk assessments.
• Experience managing contractors and site budgets.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills to supervise site and staff.
• Comfort with 18.5 hours/week and rotating fortnightly shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily site operations and cleaning team.
• Ensure security and safeguarding policies.
• Coordinate maintenance and minor projects up to £50K.
• Manage compliance and reporting to the Principal.
• Liaise with contractors and the facilities budget.
