Northern Education Trust's Frederick Nattrass Academy in Norton, Stockton-on-Tees seeks a Site Manager (Primary) to ensure a safe, well-maintained site for pupils and staff. The role covers security, routine maintenance, health and safety compliance, and general site duties.

Hours are 7:00am–11:00am and 2:30pm–6:00pm from Mon to Thu, and 7:00am–10:30am and 2:30pm–6:00pm on Friday, with the academy located at Darlington Lane, Norton, TS20 1BZ.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day security, routine maintenance and site cleanliness.
• Ensure health and safety compliance across the site.
• Manage general site operations to support pupils and staff.
