Job summary

Ferndale Primary School is seeking a highly organised Site Manager to care for our school site. You will be pivotal in managing, maintaining and improving the school infrastructure, including buildings, grounds, fixtures and fittings, to ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment.

The role requires excellent DIY skills in plumbing, carpentry or painting, with knowledge of Fire, Health & safety procedures being advantageous. DBS checks and safeguarding are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent DIY skills in plumbing, carpentry or painting.
• Knowledge of Fire, Health & safety procedures is advantageous.
• Numerate, computer literate and physically fit.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and improve the school site infrastructure.
• Oversee maintenance of buildings, grounds, fixtures and fittings.
