Job summary

The role requires a practical maintenance and DIY skillset, the ability to lead a small team of cleaners, and to manage site security and daily access.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate repairs and manage contractors.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site safety, cleanliness and maintenance of school buildings and grounds.
• Lead a small team of cleaners and supervise routine tasks.
• Coordinate repairs with external contractors and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure site security and daily unlocking/locking of the premises.
