Bridgewater Primary School in Salford is seeking a reliable Site Manager to maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors. You will provide a comprehensive site management and caretaking service, overseeing building and grounds maintenance, health and safety checks, basic repairs, security, porterage, cleaning and liaising with contractors.

The role requires practical, well-organised individuals who can work independently with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in site management or school caretaking preferred.
• DBS check is required and you will meet the costs.
• Right to work in the UK and valid references.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings and grounds to a high standard.
• Carry out minor repairs and oversee contractors.
• Perform health and safety checks and security duties.
• Coordinate cleaning and porterage; support school events.
• Liaise with Headteacher and Strategic Director of Business & Operations.
