Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as site manager or caretaker or similar role.
• Willingness to attend training including Health and Safety.

Responsibilities

• Unlocking and locking the school and carrying out security checks.
• Carry out and record statutory checks and maintain Health and Safety records.
• Maintain property and grounds to a high standard and liaise with contractors.
• Monitor site stock and order supplies.
• Carry out DIY tasks beyond a competent DIY level, plus some cleaning duties.
• Be willing to attend training courses and lead on maintaining the site to ensure a welcoming and safe environment.
