Job summary

Manor Church of England Academy in England is seeking an experienced Site/Facilities Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of our school site, ensuring buildings and grounds are safe, secure, clean and well-maintained for pupils, staff and visitors.

You will lead cleaning, caretaking and grounds teams, oversee maintenance and repairs, manage contractors and monitor health and safety compliance, while acting as a key holder and supporting safeguarding across our campus.

Qualifications

• Experience in site/facilities management.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Solid understanding of health and safety practices.

Responsibilities
