Job summary

The Thomas Lord Audley School is seeking a dedicated Site and Lettings Assistant to join our community and help maintain a positive learning environment. Casual hours offer flexible working patterns to suit the school timetable and student needs.

You will perform caretaking duties, assist with buildings maintenance and security, undertake DIY tasks, and adapt to changing demands while supporting a safe, welcoming campus for staff and students.

Qualifications

• Experience of caretaking and/or buildings maintenance and security
• Ability to undertake DIY tasks
• Adaptable and open to new ideas and changing circumstances

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance and first line repairs as instructed.
• Undertake painting and decorating tasks in line with the maintenance programme established by the Site Manager.
• Monitor the standards of cleanliness of the premises and furnishings and report any deficiencies to the Site Manager.
