Job summary

The Thomas Lord Audley School is seeking a Site and Lettings Assistant to support caretaking, maintenance and security across the campus. You will work to keep facilities well-maintained and safe, while supporting lettings and daily site operations.

The role offers a dynamic environment within The Sigma Trust, with opportunities for professional growth. Ideal candidates will have experience in caretaking or building maintenance, be adaptable, and ready to contribute to a positive school

Qualifications

• Experience of caretaking and/or buildings maintenance and security.
• Ability to undertake DIY tasks.
• Adaptable, receptive to new ideas and willing to adjust to new demands and circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance and first line repairs as instructed.
• Undertake painting and decorating tasks in line with the maintenance programme.
• Monitor cleanliness standards and report deficiencies to the Site Manager.
