Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking a proactive Site Supervisor in Leyland to maintain a safe, well-presented school environment. You will open and secure the site each day and coordinate routine maintenance, handyman tasks, and deliveries.

• Experience in maintenance, caretaking, facilities or site supervision.
• Strong DIY and practical maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Opening and securing the school site each day.
• Carrying out routine maintenance, repairs and handyman duties.
• Ensuring premises and grounds are safe, clean and well-maintained.
• Conducting regular health and safety checks and reporting issues.
• Managing site security, alarms, gates and access control.
• Supervising contractors and supporting site improvement projects.
• Assisting with room setups for school events, meetings and activities.
• Supporting deliveries and stock management where required.
• Responding to maintenance requests from staff.
