Key Responsibilities:

• Opening and securing the school site each day.
• Carrying out routine maintenance, repairs, and general handyman duties.
• Ensuring the school premises and grounds are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
• Conducting regular health and safety checks and reporting any issues.
• Managing site security, including alarms, gates, and access control.
• Supervising contractors and supporting site improvement projects.
• Assisting with room setups for school events, meetings, and activities.
• Supporting with deliveries and stock management where required.
• Responding efficiently to maintenance requests from staff.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have previous experience in a maintenance, caretaking, facilities, or site supervision role.
• Possess good DIY and practical maintenance skills.
