Job summary

Marchant Recruitment is seeking a Reprographics Technician for a well-established Weymouth school. You will oversee printing, copying, collating resources and preparing examination materials, while ensuring timely delivery and stock control.

The role requires prior reprographics or administrative experience, strong organisation, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. An enhanced DBS check is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Previous reprographics, print room or administrative experience.
• School experience is desirable, especially familiarity with examination materials.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident with photocopiers, printers and basic document software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Enhanced DBS check will be required in line with the role.

Responsibilities

• Printing, copying and collating classroom resources and school documents.
• Preparing booklets, worksheets, examination papers and information packs.
• Operating and maintaining photocopiers and reprographics equipment.
• Managing incoming requests and prioritising work according to deadlines.
• Monitoring paper and consumable stock levels.
• Ensuring confidential documents are handled and stored securely.
