Culcheth High School is seeking a Reprographics Technician to run a full reprographics service within the school. You will manage equipment, produce teaching materials, and ensure timely delivery to staff in a busy environment.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting stringent deadlines. Full training will be provided, with a permanent contract and targeted start date.

Qualifications

• Experience in reprographics within a school environment is desirable.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritise when deadlines are tight.
• Basic knowledge of reprographics and familiarity with school branding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reprographic equipment and liaise with external contractors.
• Prepare and design resources and presentation material, including laminating, binding and guillotining.
• Undertake departmental duplicating and deliver materials to staff to meet deadlines.
• Prioritise workflow to ensure photocopied documents meet standards and timescales.
• Maintain stock for the reprographic service and manage consumables cost.
• Ensure documents adhere to school branding requirements.
• Utilise Papercut and cloud-based school technologies to optimise print efficiency.
• Use Excel/Google Sheets and other tools to review usage and billing data.
