Job summary

Culcheth High School is seeking a Reprographics Technician to manage and deliver a full reprographics service within the school. You will maintain equipment, prepare materials for staff, and ensure deadlines are met.

The role requires organisational and interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritise, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach. Previous reprographics experience is helpful; full training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritise under strict deadlines.
• Proactive, thorough and detail oriented with good problem-solving ability.
• Experience with reprographics concepts and office workflows is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reprographic equipment and liaise with external contractors.
• Prepare and design resource materials for staff (laminating, binding, guillotining).
• Undertake departmental duplicating and deliver materials to staff on time.
