Wallington County Grammar School is seeking a committed Reprographics Officer to support teaching and non-teaching staff. You will manage high-volume printing, binding and laminating, operate heavy-duty equipment and advise users on machine status.

The role includes ordering supplies, scheduling maintenance and providing a scanning service for staff. Experience in reprographics within an educational setting, plus GCSE English and Maths, and strong administrative and customer service skills are

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above.
• Experience in reprographics and designing printed materials.
• Experience in educational settings and strong administrative capability.
• Excellent knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office packages.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume printing, copying, laminating, binding and trimming for teaching and staff.
• Operate reprographics machinery and advise users on machine status and alternatives.
• Arrange servicing, report repairs and schedule service engineers.
• Order paper supplies and sundries; provide a staff scanning service.
• Produce materials for events and assist with school communications.
