Job summary

Architectural Association School of Architecture is seeking a Reprographics Assistant to provide a high-quality reprographics service across the School. You will prepare printed resources, assist with displays, and support the Performing Arts Department with design tasks.

The role requires experience with admin/printing tasks, proficiency in MS Office, and good communication skills. Term-time benefits include reduced fees, parking and lunches.

Qualifications

• Experience managing administrative, production or printing tasks to deadlines.
• Competence in using Microsoft Office software and photocopying hardware.
• Sound practical and design skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare printed and physical resources requested by staff (photocopying, printing, collating, binding, laminating).
• Assist with displays around the school site and in classrooms.
• Provide creative and practical design support to the Performing Arts Department.
• Work as part of a friendly, proactive reprographics team.
