Qualifications

• Proven experience as Premises/Facilities Manager or similar.
• Practical maintenance and basic DIY skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety compliance.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage contractors and prioritise work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site maintenance, security, cleaning and presentation.
• Coordinate minor and major maintenance works.
• Manage opening/closing, keys and alarm systems.
• Conduct health and safety checks and risk assessments.
• Monitor fire safety systems and compliance.
• Liaise with senior leaders on priorities and budgets.
• Maintain premises records and prepare spaces for activities.
