Job summary

Marchant Recruitment is seeking a Site Supervisor for a welcoming and vibrant primary school in the London Borough of Camden. The role focuses on premises management, safety compliance, and coordinating maintenance to keep the campus safe and inviting for pupils, staff, and visitors.

This full-time, permanent position requires a strong trade background, experience in facilities, and an enhanced DBS check. It offers a stable, year-round work environment with opportunities to contribute to campus

Qualifications

• Experience in premises management and site maintenance.
• Knowledge of COSHH and safety testing procedures.
• Strong trade background or facilities experience.

Responsibilities

• Premises Management: oversee site security, access procedures, heating and safety compliance.
• Maintenance & Repairs: perform basic DIY, painting, plumbing/carpentry; manage external contractors.
• Health & Safety: maintain records, conduct risk assessments and enforce safety policies.
• Teamwork: collaborate with Headteacher and School Business Manager on budgets and site improvements.
