Job summary

Citizens Advice Darlington, Redcar and Cleveland is recruiting an Outreach Adviser (Schools) to join our team in Grangetown on a fixed-term 1-year contract. The role involves delivering outreach advice to families and school communities, based on Teesside.

You will engage with vulnerable clients, manage complex enquiries, and work with local organisations. We offer extensive training and DBS checks; closing date is Friday 25th September 2026 at 16:30.

• Promote and deliver the new outreach project to ensure success.
• Complete applications, negotiations and reporting where required.
