Job summary

Co-op Academies Trust is seeking a School Operations Manager to oversee daily operational functions across two primary school sites in Bradford. You will manage premises, health and safety, and operational activities while providing administrative support and aiding school leadership to ensure resources support teaching and learning.

Working with the central team, you will coordinate across both academies to ensure efficient operations, establish systems, and drive ongoing CPD and development

Job description

This School Operations Manager post covers two primary academies run by Co-op Academies Trust, Co-op Academy Beckfield and Co-op Academy Smithies Moor. The holder oversees daily operations across both sites, including premises, health and safety, operational management and administrative support, with help from the central team. The post also supports school leadership teams so that systems and resources are in place for teaching and learning. Visa sponsorship is not available.
