Job summary

Co-op Academies Trust is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across two school sites (Medlock and New Islington). You will manage premises, health and safety, and administrative support, guiding the school teams to ensure systems and resources enable effective teaching and learning.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English grade 4-9 (A-C) or equivalent essential.
• Educated to a minimum of level 3 essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational functions across 2 primary school sites including premises management, health and safety management, operational management and administrative support.
• Support school leadership teams to ensure all systems and resources are in place for effective teaching and learning.
