Job summary

Co-op Academies Trust is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across two West Yorkshire primary academies, Beckfield and Smithies Moor. You will coordinate premises, health and safety, and admin support to enable effective teaching and learning.

Working with the central team, you will ensure systems and resources are in place, uphold Co-op values and drive continuous professional development and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (grade 4-9) or equivalent essential
• Educated to a minimum of level 3 essential

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational functions across two primary school sites (Beckfield & Smithies Moor) with focus on premises, health and safety, operational management and admin support
• Support school leadership teams to ensure systems and resources are in place for effective teaching and learning
