As part of Co-op Academies Trust, In this pivotal role, you will manage and motivate a dedicated administrative team, while taking oversight of critical administration.
The Office Manager will, with support from the central team, oversee the daily operational functions of the schools, including operational management of the SCR, recruitment, induction, absence management and line management of the administration team. The role supports the school leadership teams to ensure all systems and resources are in place for effective teaching and learning.
To oversee and provide an effective front-of-house administrative support function for the Academy. The postholder will manage an administration team to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the Academy and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Level 4/5 School Business Manager Qualification (CSBM / DSBM) - Required for business managers or operations managers in schools desirable
NVQ Level 4 in Business Administration desirable
