Job summary

Co-op Academies Trust in Manchester area seeks an Operations Manager to lead daily operations across two primary academies. The role covers premises management, health and safety, and administrative support to enable effective teaching and learning.

You will work with the central team to ensure systems and resources are in place, supporting school leadership and fostering a collaborative, value-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Five GCSEs including Maths and English (grade 4-9) or equivalent.
• Recognised qualification in facilities management, Health and Safety or HR desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational functions across two primary school sites, including premises management and administrative support.
• Oversee health and safety management and coordinate with the central team to ensure resources for teaching and learning.
